Howhar,(insidesomalia.org)- The administration and the Somali government soldiers’ departure from Middle Shabelle region in southern Somalia, it was in the late hours of last night when the entire regional administration middle Shabelle vacated the region heading towards the capital Mogadishu.
“The regional administration sided by heavy battlewagons mounted with heavy machineguns abandon the town,” said Ahmed Ali a resident in the town.
The genuine motive behind the departure of the regional administration is not apparent, but some unconfirmed reports say that the regional administrations were called by the top government officials in the capital Mogadishu in order to settle some recent brawl between the regional administration of middle Shabelle region.
Earlier there had been great scuffle between the regional administrations of middle Shabelle region in Southern Somalia.
The early affray has forced the regional commissioner of middle Shabelle region Mr. Mohamed Omar Del to leave Jowhar town due to the enormous misunderstanding between the regional administrations
The Islamic Courts Union has earlier taken control of Jowhar town several other times from the regional administration.
And now the town is under the control of militias that come under no mans command.
In most cases it is the civilians who are the victims when anywhere takes confrontation.
The entire offices of region and the police station are inoperative today and the town is reported tranquil.
